The lack of political unity within Europe, hinders the European Union to act decisively on foreign affairs. Brexit is a anomaly as the Union holds against breakaway. How can the EU lead against climate change if members such as Poland, CZ and Slovakia don’t want to commit to net zero? 

The pandemic has only exacerbated structural issues within Spain’s employment market, especially towards the youth.
